Business Manager

About the role

The Business Manager supports the project management and client success teams at Klick, a health and life sciences marketing and media agency with offices worldwide. The role maintains accurate financial reporting and ensures smooth financial operations across client programs, providing reporting, invoicing and data insights that inform planning and decisions. It works closely with delivery leads, operations and finance partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial processes, templates and reporting across active projects and programs
• Manage monthly invoicing, media reporting and financial continuity across platforms
• Compile data and insights to support forecasting and leadership decision-making
• Coordinate budgeting, reforecasting and client-facing financial reporting cycles
• Partner with project management, business and finance teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in a financial coordination, reporting or business operations role
• Strong attention to detail, organization and documentation
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and solve problems mathematically and analytically
• Clear written and spoken English
• Desired: experience supporting project management, media, finance or operations teams; ability to spot process improvements; comfort in a dynamic environment; collaboration across functions; curiosity and continuous improvement; enthusiasm for using AI tools

Required skills

• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including building data-driven reports

The base salary range is CAD 80,000 - 100,000, depending on location, skills, education and experience. The posting is for an existing vacancy and is listed as hybrid.
