Team Member – Tim Hortons (Ottawa Airport)

About the role

Join SSP Canada’s team at the Ottawa International Airport and serve guests at a Tim Hortons location. As a Food Service Associate you will work in a fast‑paced environment, delivering coffee, baked goods and other menu items while ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests courteously and take orders accurately.
• Enter orders into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system and handle cash or card payments.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, coolers, and dining areas throughout the shift.
• Complete opening, ongoing, and closing checklists, including equipment set‑up and breakdown.
• Restock supplies, dispose of waste properly, and ensure health‑safety compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in a food‑service environment.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; French is an asset.
• Willingness to work weekends and stand for extended periods in a confined airport area.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and ability to obtain airport security clearance.
