Member Experience Associate – Opening Shift

About the role

Join the Member Experience team at Movati Athletic and be the first point of contact for members during opening hours. You will ensure a welcoming, comfortable, and healthy environment while delivering outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, escalating serious issues to management.
• Provide exceptional service to the club’s retail operations, including the café and pro‑shop.
• Complete cleaning duties safely and promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of programs, products, and services and promote them to members.
• Handle all sales transactions accurately.
• Perform administrative tasks with consistent 5‑star service.
• Assist with member experience events as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional customer‑service certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or fitness.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, maintained throughout employment.
