About the role
Join our team at Tim Hortons as a Team Member, where guest satisfaction is the top priority. You will be the friendly face greeting customers and helping create the beloved bakery and food experience they expect.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with genuine hospitality, often being the first person they see each day.
- Take and complete guest orders for coffees, Iced Capps®, donuts, sandwiches, wraps, and other menu items.
- Prepare delicious sandwiches and wraps following Tim Hortons recipes and quality standards.
- Produce bakery items such as donuts and Timbits, ensuring freshness and consistency.
- Operate and maintain all equipment according to Tim Hortons operating guidelines.
- Adhere to Tim Hortons standards and guidelines while delivering a fun and positive guest experience.
