Kitchen Helper – Full‑time at Hawksworth Restaurant

About the role

Join Hawksworth Restaurant as a Kitchen Helper, supporting the front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams in a fast‑paced, high‑quality dining environment. No prior experience is required – we provide full training.

Key responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas, set tables and replace linen.
• Operate dishwashers, hand‑wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, pots and pans.
• Load buspans, clear and clean tables, trays and chairs, and stock refrigerators and salad bars.
• Prepare, heat and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take‑out orders.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, floors and equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies, and manage kitchen waste and garbage.

Required profile

• Ability to handle heavy loads up to 23 kg (50 lb) and stand for extended periods.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment under pressure.
• Team‑player with reliable attendance and client‑focused attitude.
