Team Leader, Deposits Operations

About the role

The Team Leader, Deposits Operations will coach and develop a team responsible for processing deposit requests, ensuring high quality, productivity, and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Manager of Deposit Operations, you will act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily workload to maximize team efficiency.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews through monthly huddles and quarterly/annual assessments.
• Resolve escalated client or broker issues and coordinate with internal and external partners.
• Develop and present statistical and status reports for senior management.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
• Monitor workflow queues and dashboards to meet individual and team targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross‑training initiatives.
