Talent Acquisition Advisor - Bilingual

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our national Human Resources team. In this hybrid position you will lead full‑cycle recruitment, focusing on high‑volume hiring and building diverse talent pipelines for our Canadian financial services cooperative.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and workforce planning specialists to meet contact‑center hiring needs.
• Source and screen an average class of 20‑25 candidates using platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Provide interview recommendations, objective best‑practice guidance, and assessment support with an emphasis on diversity.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to influence hiring plans.
• Promote the employer brand through social networking, job fairs, and other outreach activities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of recruitment experience in corporate or agency environments.
• Proven ability to manage 25+ high‑volume requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong track record of sourcing passive candidates on social media platforms.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
