About the role

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is looking for a bilingual Human Resources Specialist who will also support store operations. Reporting to the HR Director and Regional Manager, you will help shape HR strategy while ensuring day‑to‑day HR needs of both storefront and management teams are met.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain HR policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Drive employee engagement and motivation initiatives across all locations.
• Lead talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, reference checks and contract preparation.
• Coordinate probationary and annual performance reviews, supporting pay‑for‑performance decisions.
• Investigate employee complaints promptly and fairly.
• Conduct new‑hire orientations and keep accurate employee records.
• Prepare HR activity reports and key metrics for leadership.
• Support payroll processing, budget monitoring and other HR‑related functions.
• Stay current with HR legislation, trends and best practices.
• Provide operational or in‑store support as needed.

Required profile

• College or university degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience working in Human Resources.
• Bilingual in French and English with strong communication skills.
• Solid understanding of recruitment, employment legislation and health & safety regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal abilities.
• Effective time‑management, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license is an asset.
