Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The company LoiZéro is seeking its first senior manager of talent acquisition to work closely with the VP of Talent. The role combines operational leadership with strategic international recruiting to attract top AI, research and specialized talent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Montreal talent acquisition team, using data‑driven workload management and fostering a collaborative culture.
• Design and execute global sourcing strategies to recruit world‑class scientific and technical experts, overseeing relocation, immigration and mobility processes.
• Drive employer branding projects that raise LoiZéro’s profile internationally while ensuring a seamless, high‑quality candidate experience.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for priority, strategic and highly specialized positions.
• Create, implement and continuously improve standardized hiring processes, ATS flows, structured evaluation grids and best‑practice operations.
• Partner with internal Talent & Culture, Marketing and Communications teams to align talent acquisition with corporate objectives.
• Develop recruitment dashboards, metrics and competitive market intelligence, including talent mapping, compensation trends and international benchmarking.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in technical talent acquisition, with at least 3 years managing and developing recruiters.
• Proven track record in international recruitment and talent acquisition operations within technology‑focused startups, scale‑ups or R&D environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
