Visier Practice Director – Lead Practice & Growth

About the role

Next Generation Inc, an HR Path Company, is looking for a senior leader to head its Visier consulting practice. The role combines strategy, commercial growth, client leadership, delivery excellence, and talent development to turn workforce data into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute practice strategy, including revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market expansion.
• Develop differentiated Visier‑based consulting offerings and reusable solution accelerators.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CHROs and senior HR leaders, leading strategy sessions and transformation workshops.
• Partner with Sales on strategic pursuits, proposals, and account growth while ensuring delivery quality and profitability.
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing consulting team, establishing career paths and a culture of accountability.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in consulting practice management.
• Track record of growing strategic accounts and delivering workforce analytics solutions.
• Strong executive communication skills with CHROs, HR executives, and business leaders.
• Ability to build scalable operating models and drive commercial outcomes.
