Spa Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at the Bamford Spa, part of Starwood Hotels. In this role you will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist guests with treatment bookings and product recommendations, and help maintain the spa’s luxurious standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and check‑in spa guests, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, guiding guests to appropriate treatments and products.
• Manage the reservation system, schedule appointments, and handle cancellations or changes.
• Promote spa retail items and suggest products that match guest needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area and ensure all spa materials are stocked.
• Collaborate with therapists and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and spa environments.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer‑facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team‑player attitude, flexibility to work mornings, weekends and holidays.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong sense of pride in presenting a pristine environment.
