About the role

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of cooks and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food preparation to ensure quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
• Assist in scheduling staff and assigning daily duties.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace health regulations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering food and kitchen supplies.
• Train, coach, and support kitchen employees to maintain operational excellence.
• Maintain efficient workflow during busy service periods and resolve operational issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Collaborate with management to achieve operational and customer satisfaction goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Lead Cook, or Senior Cook.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced hospitality environments.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
