About the role
This position is designed for social media managers who work closely with influencers and want to help shape a new creator‑focused platform. You will test a newly launched social media app, experience the influencer journey from onboarding to content creation, and provide actionable feedback that will directly influence the app’s design and feature set.
Key responsibilities
- Download and install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign up as a new user and complete the onboarding process.
- Explore all app features, including dashboard navigation, post creation, content sharing, and community tools.
- Simulate typical influencer activities to evaluate suitability for creators.
- Complete a detailed feedback questionnaire covering UX, design, features, and overall appeal.
- Provide written answers and submit screenshots highlighting strengths and improvement areas.
Required profile
- Experience as a social media manager or influencer manager, preferably with direct influencer collaboration.
- Familiarity with influencer workflows and content creation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver clear, actionable feedback.
- Access to a smartphone (iOS or Android) capable of installing and testing mobile applications.
- Excellent written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Availability to dedicate 1–2 hours for thorough testing and feedback submission.
- Open to candidates from the US, India, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
