Associate Managing Consultant – Program Management

About the role

Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team is seeking an Associate Managing Consultant to lead program‑management initiatives across its diverse client base. In this role you will coordinate multiple marketing‑focused projects, drive transformation efforts and ensure delivery of high‑value outcomes for clients in payments, retail and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of marketing projects, defining team roles, stakeholder responsibilities and delivery timelines.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and oversee workstreams for large, complex, high‑value initiatives across various industries.
• Apply accredited project and change‑management methodologies to generate measurable client value.
• Define scope, timelines and budgets; conduct cost‑benefit and risk analyses.
• Report progress, issues and risks to senior stakeholders and summarize outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in program or project management within a consulting environment.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across diverse cultures and industries.
• Analytical mindset with capability to perform cost, benefit and risk assessments.
