Sleep Clinician (RRT/RN/LPN)

About the role

You’ll work in a collaborative, client‑focused environment, providing comprehensive sleep care to clients with sleep apnea and related disorders. The role offers a regular Monday‑to‑Friday schedule with no shift work, allowing a strong work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Guide clients through sleep study results, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
• Assess CPAP machine and mask needs, provide options and support purchase.
• Assist clients during initial PAP therapy, optimize settings and provide ongoing support.
• Set up trial therapy, transition to long‑term therapy and monitor progress.
• Perform administrative duties such as phone calls, charting and sending updates to referring physicians.
• Identify clients who may benefit from the complementary CBT‑i program.

Required profile

• Registered Respiratory Therapist, Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Experience in the sleep field preferred; extensive training will be provided.

Required skills

• CPAP/PAP therapy management.
• Interpretation of sleep study results.
• Use of electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
