Site Superintendent – Multi-Family Townhomes

About the role

Novacom is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead a $6M ground‑up wood‑frame townhouse project in Vancouver. You will be the on‑site authority from mobilization through occupancy, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and top‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities, maintaining safety, quality, and schedule targets.
• Coordinate trades and suppliers, resolving issues quickly to keep work progressing.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team to align site execution with budget and client expectations.
• Serve as the on‑site representative in meetings with architects, consultants, and clients.
• Track field reports, schedules, change orders, and cost data using Procore, SiteDocs, and related tools.
• Monitor budgets, identify efficiencies, and provide regular financial updates to leadership.

Required profile

• 6‑10+ years of experience in multi‑family or commercial construction, with proven Site Superintendent experience on ground‑up projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from startup through occupancy, including mobilization, trade sequencing, envelope work, and turnover.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and quality control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; comfortable representing the company on‑site.
• Self‑starter, problem‑solver, and meticulous organizer.
