About the role
We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to oversee workers and projects on our construction sites in Vancouver. The role involves coordinating activities, ensuring safety compliance, and managing a team of skilled tradespeople.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise workers and projects, including bricklayers, tilesetters, glaziers, painters, drywall installers, and roofers.
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Read blueprints and drawings, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide training or arrange for training for team members.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in construction supervision.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent oral communication, organized, reliable, and a team player.
- Bondable and able to work outdoors in noisy, dusty environments.
- Own steel‑toed safety boots.
