About the role
We are seeking a Construction Trades Helper to support our electrical contracting projects across various construction sites in Vancouver. The role involves performing pre‑operational inspections, routine maintenance, and assisting skilled tradespeople in a fast‑paced, sometimes hazardous environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform pre‑operational inspections of equipment and tools.
- Carry out routine maintenance tasks on site.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of related experience.
- Ability to work in confined spaces, noisy, dusty and potentially dangerous environments.
- Manual dexterity, hand‑eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Dependable, flexible, reliable team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work under pressure in a fast‑paced construction setting.
- Experience working on electrical contractor sites.
- Willingness to work at various locations and construction sites.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks safely.
