About the role
Metatribe Contracting is seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to lead daily activities on a Vancouver building project. You will coordinate crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain quality standards throughout the construction process.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare production and progress reports.
- Supervise workers, including painters, decorators, drywall installers, finishers, and trades helpers.
- Coordinate and schedule site activities to meet project timelines.
- Enforce health and safety regulations and conduct quality control inspections.
Required profile
- Excellent oral communication and strong leadership abilities.
- Highly organized, reliable, and a proven team player.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
