Service Desk Associate – Full Time

About the role

The Home Depot is looking for a Service Desk Associate to join our Customer Order Management team. In this full‑time position you will help customers receive the products and services they need, while ensuring a smooth end‑to‑end order experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track all Customer Order Management (COM) orders, including special, install, and website orders.
• Act as the primary liaison between customers, Project Support Centre, kitchen designers, Home Depot associates, vendors, installers, and third‑party agents.
• Resolve order‑related issues, assess customer needs, and coordinate activities with delivery companies, vendors, and service providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations.
