Enterprise Solutions Business Analyst Co-op (Fall 2026)

About the role

The British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) is seeking a motivated Business Analyst co‑op for the Fall 2026 term (September‑December). You will support the Enterprise Solutions team in implementing and enhancing enterprise‑wide business applications within a fast‑growing investment environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with implementation and data migration of new enterprise solutions and tools.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to configure, test, and deploy applications.
• Document implementation processes, technical specifications, and user guides.
• Support business impact assessments and governance activities.
• Provide analytical support on IT and business projects.
• Participate in team meetings, offering insights on ongoing initiatives.
• Research emerging technologies and translate user requirements into technical specifications and workflow diagrams.
• Maintain support documentation in repositories such as Confluence and Jira.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program related to business analysis, information systems, or computer science.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
