Senior Scheduler – ICI Healthcare Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead the planning and delivery of complex ICI healthcare construction projects. The role requires a highly organized professional who can manage project sequencing, critical path activities, and trade coordination from pre‑construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed construction schedules for ICI healthcare projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend recovery strategies.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, trades, and consultants.
• Track critical‑path activities, milestones, delays, and schedule impacts.
• Support project reporting, look‑ahead schedules, progress updates, and coordination meetings.
• Ensure schedules align with project requirements, phasing, logistics, and client expectations.

Required profile

• Proven scheduling experience within ICI construction.
• Experience with healthcare, hospital, or complex institutional projects (strongly preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, phasing, and critical‑path scheduling.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.

• MS Project (or similar scheduling platforms)
