Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

About the role

The Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) partners with the Senior Leadership Team to drive financially‑focused decisions that support long‑term, profitable growth. This role leads the annual strategic planning and budgeting cycles and ensures accurate, timely forecasts throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to internal stakeholders, providing analysis and business growth support.
• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and challenging key assumptions.
• Develop and maintain accurate forecasts with buy‑in from senior leadership.
• Perform variance analysis of actuals versus budget, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Create reporting tools and KPIs aligned with strategic goals.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial close packages and accompanying narratives.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports and analyses as required.
• Oversee internal reporting deadlines and coordinate with auditors.
• Recruit, coach, and supervise finance team members.
• Lead or participate in special projects and other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all management levels.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including hiring and developing staff.
