Senior Manager, Corporate Services Sourcing

About the role
Scotiabank is seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing across corporate services. You will shape high‑impact sourcing strategies, influence spend decisions, and deliver measurable value for a global banking organization.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise‑wide sourcing initiatives for complex categories, translating business priorities into clear strategies.
- Conduct spend analysis, market intelligence, and supplier assessments to identify savings, innovation, and risk‑reduction opportunities.
- Design and execute competitive sourcing events (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs), manage negotiations, and provide award recommendations.
- Partner with risk, legal, compliance, finance and business teams to ensure alignment with policies and regulatory expectations.
- Manage supplier relationships, performance expectations, issue resolution and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading large‑scale sourcing projects in a corporate or financial services environment.
- Strong stakeholder influence skills with senior business leaders and cross‑functional partners.
- Ability to develop business cases, financial analyses and present clear value propositions.
