About the role
Join the Assurance and Advisory team supporting President’s Choice Bank, a Schedule I Canadian chartered bank. This senior position leads high‑visibility engagements across regulatory, operational and strategic areas, working in a hybrid model from downtown Toronto.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, execution and reporting of multiple high‑priority Assurance and Advisory projects.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to improve business processes, strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance.
- Deliver visual, client‑focused presentations and reports to senior leadership and the Board.
- Champion initiatives such as benchmarking, research, thought leadership and competency development.
- Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and proactively engage key stakeholders.
- Oversee and mentor the delivery team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Required profile
- Entrepreneurial, business‑oriented mindset with strong self‑drive.
- Extensive banking and financial services experience.
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with executive presence.
- Ability to build partnerships and influence senior management.
