Office Clerk

About the role

Molycop Technologies is seeking an Office Clerk to support its Finance team in Mississauga. The role combines finance administration with general office support and reports to the Financial Accountant in Perth, Australia. The successful candidate will work on‑site, providing accurate accounting information and helping keep the office running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Support planning, analysis and consolidation of accounting data, including Accounts Payable and expense recording.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Handle spares, stock‑takes and inventory processes in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
• Upload purchase orders, manage requisitions and coordinate with the warehouse.
• Utilise accounting software and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in finance or office administration, preferably in the technology or mining sector.
• Residency in Mississauga with legal right to work in Canada.
• Strong understanding of the value of sound finance support and efficient office operations.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with accounting software.
