Senior Financial Analyst - Milwaukee Business

About the role

TTI Canada, through its Milwaukee business, is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst in Toronto. Reporting to the Sr. Finance Manager, the analyst provides financial analysis, business case assessment and sales and margin reporting for the Milwaukee business, ensuring timely and reliable reporting to support its rapid growth. The role interacts with all areas and levels of the Milwaukee organization, including Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales leadership to provide financial insights, support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Perform business case and scenario analysis so that strategic alignment and profitability impacts are evaluated and communicated to stakeholders.
• Assess profitability and ROI for proposed initiatives or promotional activities, including post-mortem analysis to validate assumptions against outcomes.
• Support executive reporting, business reviews and financial presentations for leadership discussions.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning and Accounting to improve forecasting accuracy and business results.
• Drive continuous improvement of financial models, reporting tools and planning processes, while supporting month-end close and ad hoc strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Post-secondary education in accounting or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance or a related field.
• CPA certification (or near completion).
• Clear, concise communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Minimal travel required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with SAP, MS Dynamics and Adaptive Planning is an asset.
