- Own exhibitor portals, sponsorship deliverables, booth coordination, signage, collateral and event‑day logistics.
- Manage the full guest journey from invitations and RSVP tracking to check‑in, seating, hospitality flow and post‑event follow‑up.
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to curate attendee lists that align with strategic accounts and senior decision‑makers.
- Coordinate vendors for venues, AV, catering, printing, staffing, photography, décor, gifting and transportation.
- Capture event content such as customer conversations, founder moments, interviews and recaps, and feed them into marketing assets.
- Build scalable systems – checklists, templates, production timelines and playbooks – to standardise future events.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience producing conferences, executive gatherings, VIP experiences or similar brand activations.
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets, timelines and vendor relationships while maintaining a polished guest experience.
- Comfortable working in high‑pressure environments, adapting quickly to changing plans.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to represent DashQ externally and host senior guests.
Required skills

- Collaboration with sales, marketing and customer success teams.
- Content capture and post‑event reporting.
What we offer
- Equity participation through stock options.
- Health, dental and vision benefits.
- Opportunity to shape the company’s market presence and event playbook.
- Hybrid work model with three days per week in the Ottawa office.
- Meaningful travel to conferences and customer events across North America and Europe.
