Marketing & Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, creative, and results‑oriented Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our growing Canadian immigration consulting firm. This full‑time, 100% remote position combines marketing, content creation, lead management and sales follow‑up to drive brand growth and client acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage our social media presence, content calendar and create posts, reels, stories, carousels and short‑form content.
• Develop content ideas, captions, CTAs and monitor performance against KPIs, adjusting strategies to grow brand, community and lead generation.
• Respond to leads via social media, WhatsApp and email, nurture them, book consultations through Calendly and convert them into signed retainer agreements.
• Maintain organized lead information and follow‑ups in ClickUp, track marketing and sales results, and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation and/or sales.
• Organized, proactive, creative with strong communication and follow‑up skills.
• Professional and respectful attitude toward clients and team members.
• Fluent in Spanish and strong English proficiency.
