Senior ERP Technical Specialist – SAP SuccessFactors & S/4HANA

About the role

The Senior ERP Technical Specialist will provide advanced technical expertise for the Region’s ERP environment, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and SAP S/4HANA. Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Resource Planning, you will play a key role in delivering technology solutions that support business transformation and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, enhance, and support ERP solutions across SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through root‑cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Configure business processes, workflows, integrations, security roles, and system enhancements to meet evolving requirements.
• Maintain technical documentation, including configuration specifications and recovery procedures.
• Provide technical leadership on ERP projects, upgrades, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendors, and support partners to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Mentor team members and guide them on complex technical challenges.
• Support ongoing system maintenance, production support, and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Experienced ERP professional with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Software, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness to mentor and guide junior team members.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, reliable ERP solutions.
