Principal CRM Developer

About the role

The Condominium Authority of Ontario is seeking a senior hands‑on engineer to lead its Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform. Reporting to the VP of Technology & Application Development, you will design, build, and ship core CRM solutions while guiding technical direction.

Key responsibilities

• Write Dynamics 365 code weekly, including plugins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript, and solution design.
• Lead end‑to‑end CRM projects: discovery, automated testing, deployment, and hyper‑care in an Agile environment.
• Develop custom components such as .NET services, Azure Functions, Service Bus messaging, and Logic Apps with clean architecture.
• Deliver integrations with third‑party and internal systems using API design, async messaging, and monitoring.
• Own CI/CD pipelines with a DevSecOps mindset, expanding unit, integration, and regression test coverage.
• Champion engineering standards, coach developers, and contribute reusable patterns and documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of hands‑on Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Proven experience building .NET services, APIs, or microservices with clean code and architecture.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.

• C#, modern .NET, RESTful API design, Git.
• Azure Functions, Web Apps, Service Bus, Logic Apps.
• CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps, automated testing (unit, integration, Playwright).
• Solution architecture, systems integration, Agile delivery.
• CRM AI, Microsoft Copilot, responsible AI‑assisted development.
