Senior Director – Facilities Management

About the role

Dexterra Group is seeking a Senior Director to lead and shape the future of its Facilities Management business across North America. This senior leadership position will guide a large portfolio, drive operational excellence, and influence long‑term strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership across a significant facilities management portfolio, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.
• Drive operational excellence, service quality, and business performance through strategic planning and continuous improvement.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, create value for clients, and strengthen market presence.
• Support business growth by retaining existing clients, expanding services, and pursuing new business initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and contribute to bid strategies, contract negotiations, and proposal development.
• Develop future leaders within the organization and contribute to succession planning.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in facilities management or related built‑environment services.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex portfolios and deliver measurable results.
• Strong strategic thinking with a track record of driving growth and operational improvements.
