Senior Dayforce Consultant

About the role

PwC's workforce consulting practice in Ottawa offers consulting services on human resources, talent management and organisational development. As a Senior Dayforce Consultant (Senior Associate), you will lead and take part in implementing Dayforce WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions, giving clients product and implementation expertise while coaching and developing team members.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Dayforce Payroll solutions and guide teams in strategic planning and execution
• Mentor junior staff and deliver projects to quality standards
• Refine financial processes and simplify complex ones to reduce costs and cycle time
• Analyse the links between components of a system and partner with team leadership on quality, timelines and deliverables
• Manage client engagements, prepare accurate documents and balance project economics with unanticipated issues
• Deliver in functional and technical roles, including system implementations, software configuration and payroll service delivery
• Contribute to innovation initiatives that modernise payroll functions powered by Dayforce

Required profile

• Demonstrated consulting experience in HR/WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions through system implementation
• 3 years of experience with Dayforce and implementing other HCM/Payroll technologies
• Preferred: experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or ADP, and a background in accounting, payroll operations or business administration
• A security clearance is mandatory for all staff on these assignments, and eligibility must be confirmed before applying

What we offer

• Salary range of $84,700 - $134,700, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location
• Eligible employees may join variable incentive pay programs
