Senior Communications Specialist / Manager

About the role

The Senior Communications Specialist/Manager reports to the Chief of Staff and supports the CEO Office in shaping internal and external communications. The role translates complex information into clear, engaging content that reflects the brand and executive voice, while helping to strengthen corporate culture and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage weekly company‑wide huddles, internal newsletters, CEO speeches, and other employee‑focused communications.
• Develop and maintain consistent messaging across all internal channels and support the planning of town halls, strategic planning sessions, and executive off‑sites.
• Write press releases, speeches, talking points, and coordinate logistics for external speaking engagements.
• Assist with crisis communication planning and execution, and support external events such as interviews and vendor summits.
• Create copy for in‑store signage, product displays, and product descriptions that highlight brand storytelling.
• Support thought‑leadership initiatives, ghost‑writing, and government‑relations activities.
• Improve communication flow within the CEO Office and across departments, providing ad‑hoc writing support as needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in corporate, internal or executive communications, public/media relations, or technical writing.
• Strong business writing ability with a talent for adapting tone to different audiences.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
