Senior Associate, Technology Strategy Consulting (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is hiring a Senior Associate in Technology Strategy Consulting in Montreal. The role focuses on helping clients turn technology into business growth and innovation, working with business and technology decision-makers to shape technology strategies, roadmaps and operating models. The position is bilingual (French and English).

Key responsibilities

• Develop strategies to help clients navigate digital disruption and support business-led technology transformation programs.
• Contribute to technology strategies and roadmaps that leverage AI, automation and emerging technologies, and assess AI, analytics and automation use cases.
• Support the definition of operating models and governance frameworks for AI, and take part in digital maturity assessments.
• Design target operating models for digital transformations, ERP initiatives and S/4HANA programs, and support change management.
• Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses and value realization models, and define KPIs and efficiency gains.
• Support business development, including proposals, RFP responses and account growth.
• Contribute to thought leadership, service offerings and methodologies on technology trends and digital transformation.

Required profile

• 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in consulting, professional services or an industry role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is an asset.
• Experience with maturity or needs assessments, roadmaps, Target Operating Models and digital transformation.
• Fluency in English and French, as the role involves English-speaking clients and colleagues.

Required skills

• End-to-end technology value chain, including cloud, SaaS, IaaS and PaaS, and enterprise technology architecture.
• Agile approaches and Scrum Master or other Agile certifications are an asset.
• Experience in one or more of: IT strategy, IT governance, portfolio management, ERP, cloud computing, data and analytics, cybersecurity or AI.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.

The salary range is $84,700 - $134,700, depending on skills, experience, qualifications and location. Eligible employees may also take part in variable incentive pay programs.
