Internal Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence

About the role

LGI Healthcare Solutions, which has built healthcare software for over 40 years, is looking for an Internal Program Manager, Artificial Intelligence in Montreal. The role coordinates the adoption and day-to-day operation of internal AI platforms and tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot), measures adoption, supports teams with approved practices, acts as the single entry point for internal AI requests and manages the platform usage model, including groups, distribution, usage limits and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop adoption indicators, produce reports for leadership and maintain the internal AI practices and use-case directory
• Manage the AI Ambassadors Committee, communicate policies and standards, and identify AI literacy needs by role
• Present adoption status and recommendations to executives and committees, and run information sessions and demonstrations
• Run the new AI request-management process, acting as the single entry point and routing requests according to risk and escalation paths
• Define and maintain the distribution model, groups, usage limits and budgets for approved AI platforms, and report usage anomalies to IT and Security
• Receive and close incidents and risk reports, and monitor compliance with usage policies

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience
• Approximately 6 to 10 years of experience in technology adoption, digital-tool operations or cross-functional coordination
• Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot and M365 Copilot
• Experience reporting to leadership and presenting to senior executives
• Bilingualism in French and English, oral and written

Required skills

• Data and metrics analysis, and presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Word
• Preferred: data visualization dashboards, SaaS tool administration, community-of-practice facilitation, knowledge of AI use cases across business functions
