Senior Analyst / Land Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a driven Land professional to join our Operations Team in Calgary. The Senior Analyst / Land Coordinator will manage project workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and support client success across energy, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project workflow, delegate tasks, and oversee timelines and deliverables.
• Communicate with clients and project teams, leading and facilitating meetings.
• Apply strong knowledge of land acquisition regulations, permits, and third‑party requirements.
• Maintain client quality control, ensuring best practices and standards are met.
• Review and audit the full project lifecycle, including land and regulatory documentation.
• Prepare client reporting and project tracking tools.
• Provide training and feedback to team members for accurate documentation and execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of surface land experience, preferably in a consulting or broker environment.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, balancing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, initiative‑taking and able to thrive in a fast‑paced autonomous setting.
• Knowledge of surface land processes for the energy sector with regional experience in AB and BC.
• Experience across oil & gas, renewable energy, municipal and telecommunications sectors is preferred.
• In‑depth understanding of surface land procedures, documentation, regulations and third‑party consents.
