Senior Analyst, Customer Performance

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the BRAM Operations and Enablement team. The role focuses on day‑to‑day operational activities, risk monitoring, and the development of AI‑enabled analytics to improve program oversight across a global payment network.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational and enablement tasks for the global BRAM program, including documentation, reporting, workflow coordination, and stakeholder follow‑up.
• Maintain and update playbooks, training materials, process guidance, templates, and knowledge‑management resources for the BRAM Investigation Team.
• Assist with AI‑enabled monitoring and advanced analytics to identify emerging risk trends and support prioritization.
• Coordinate operational workflows, escalation routing, case assignment, testing logistics, and referral intake processes.
• Prepare data analysis, recurring reports, dashboards, and operational insights for leadership visibility and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience supporting operational programs, risk assessments, monitoring activities, or compliance program management.
• Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Working knowledge of electronic payment processing and the card payment ecosystem.
• General cybersecurity awareness and ability to handle confidential data with tact and integrity.
