Senior Accountant – Financial Reporting & Taxation

About the role

NADG, a leading real‑estate investment platform, is seeking a Senior Accountant to support its Financial Reporting & Taxation team. You will work on month‑end close, investor distributions, and the preparation of financial statements for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Record month‑end adjusting and capital entries for investment funds and development properties.
• Monitor cash‑flow activities and prepare investor distributions and other payments.
• Code invoices to the appropriate fund and general‑ledger accounts.
• Assist in preparing financial statements for internal and external users.
• Prepare year‑end audit and tax working papers within scheduled deadlines.
• Produce month‑end reporting for external parties.
• Liaise with management and third‑party financial information providers.
• Complete ad‑hoc projects for internal and external reporting purposes.
• Support other department functions as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Motivated, deadline‑oriented and able to work well with others.
• Resourceful, independent and capable of handling multiple tasks without frequent direction.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Yardi (preferred).
