Seasonal Beauty Consultant – Dior, Toronto

About the role

LVMH's Parfums Christian Dior is hiring a Seasonal Beauty Consultant in Toronto for a fixed-term contract from October 27 to December 31, 2025. The consultant acts as the Dior ambassador, promoting the Maison and its values with the highest level of hospitality, delivering memorable client experiences while achieving defined sales and client-development targets. Full availability during the contract is required.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Dior products in-store and remotely as a personal shopper, following the brand's D.I.O.R. method: welcoming customers, consulting on prestige fragrances, proposing personalized offers of makeup, fragrance and skincare, and educating clients on the brand.
• Achieve retail sales targets and contribute to boutique KPIs weekly and monthly, tracking progress against goals daily.
• Build lasting relationships with existing clients and engage new ones, using Dior Connect and IPOS to register client data and drive loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic boutique, support merchandising and inventory, operate cash registers, and perform other operational and administrative tasks.
• Attend offsite Seasonal Schools and Dior training programs.

Required profile

• Previous professional experience in retail or the service industry, ideally in luxury (about 1-2 years).
• Proven track record of strong retail results in a luxury environment.
• Good writing and communication skills.
