Account Executive, Toronto

About the role

Parfums Christian Dior, part of the LVMH Group, is recruiting an Account Executive for its Canada Field team, based at the Toronto head office. The role supports the Quebec market remotely, driving business development across open sell retailers such as Sephora and Shoppers Drugmart, and reporting to a Regional Sales Director.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed sales goals, and analyze markets, trends and competition with the Regional Sales Director
• Build relationships with retailers and their beauty advisors, and develop Dior Brand Ambassadors and Freelancers
• Manage CRM, brand image, assortment, educational programs, inventory and profitability, including weekly, monthly and annual market strategies
• Recruit, train and coach retail teams and freelancers, and run regular store business reviews and coaching
• Plan and run promotions, implement visual merchandising guidelines and communicate with HQ and planning teams
• Negotiate with retailers, build partnerships and identify new business opportunities

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in cosmetics, in a Counter Manager, Boutique Manager, Department Manager or Business Director role
• Prior experience as a people manager of at least 10 team members, with proven hiring, training and development experience
• Knowledge of beauty and fragrance brands and of multi-brand department store and specialty retailers
• Availability for weekends and key retail holidays, and travel of about 10-15% including overnight trips
