SAP S/4HANA Data Management, Senior Manager (Bilingual FR/EN)

About the role

PwC Canada is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Management Senior Manager to lead data strategy, governance, migration and delivery across complex transformation programs. The role works closely with business and Information Systems leaders to define the data vision and ensure high-quality master and transactional data is migrated to SAP S/4HANA. It is based in Montreal and requires fluency in English and French.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the data management and migration workstream from strategy and planning through deployment, go-live and stabilization.
• Facilitate executive discussions and workshops to define the data vision, governance model, scope and roadmap.
• Lead data discovery, profiling, cleansing, transformation, mapping, validation, reconciliation and load activities.
• Run data-mapping workshops with business, functional, technical and source-system teams.
• Define the migration strategy, architecture, tools, environments, mock conversions, cutover and validation.
• Set up data governance, ownership, quality standards, business rules, controls, metrics and decision forums.
• Manage the workstream plan, resources, budget, risks and status reporting, and hold data owners accountable for data readiness.
• Oversee mock conversions and production migration, and design validation, reconciliation and sign-off processes.
• Lead, coach and develop consultants and coordinate with program leadership and other workstreams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business, information technology, engineering, information systems, data management or a related field.
• More than 10 years of experience in SAP data management, migration, governance or transformation, including leadership on large SAP programs.
• Proven experience leading the data workstream for at least three end-to-end SAP implementations, preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to lead strategic discussions with senior business and IS stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and French.

• ETL processes, data profiling and transformation, SQL, Python.

The salary range is $168,000 - $218,000, with possible variable incentive pay. The role is not open to work visa sponsorship.
