About the role

Liferaft, a remote‑first SaaS company specializing in risk intelligence, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its Account Executive team in Canada. The role focuses on coaching, performance management, and building a high‑performing sales culture while supporting the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide structured coaching across the full sales cycle, from discovery to closing.
  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecast accuracy, and manage execution risk.
  • Establish and reinforce strong sales fundamentals and disciplined deal‑management practices.
  • Lead hiring, evaluation, and development of the sales team.
  • Travel periodically for team development, customer engagement, and industry events.

Required profile

  • Proven SaaS sales leadership experience with complex enterprise sales motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach sellers and drive measurable performance improvement.
  • Strong leadership fundamentals, accountability, and a hands‑on approach.
  • Comfort with technology and AI‑enabled sales tools.
