Sales Clerk – Automotive Parts

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Clerk to join our Oakville store, providing excellent service to customers seeking automotive parts and accessories. The role involves handling transactions, advising on products, and supporting inventory management in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Accept cash, cheque, credit card and automatic debit payments and process sales transactions.
• Operate computerized inventory and re‑ordering systems, maintaining accurate sales records.
• Provide product advice, advertise promotions and quote prices, warranties and delivery dates.
• Perform data entry, prepare merchandise for purchase or rental, and handle telephone inquiries.
• Conduct online sales through e‑commerce platforms and ensure customer satisfaction.
