About the role
The Retail Store Supervisor will oversee staff, manage inventory, and coordinate sales activities at O & K supermarket in Oakville.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise staff including apprentices and temporary workers.
- Assign sales workers to duties and coordinate their activities.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage merchandise orders and returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in retail supervision.
