Inside Sales Representative – Home Accessibility

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, target‑driven Inside Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners across Canada interested in a Stiltz Homelift. You will respond to inbound inquiries, understand customer needs, and schedule consultations for our field sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound calls and web inquiries, often within minutes.
• Ask thoughtful questions to assess mobility needs, home layout, and timeline.
• Explain Stiltz Homelift features in clear, non‑technical language.
• Book qualified in‑home or virtual consultations for field consultants.
• Follow up to ensure scheduled consultations occur.
• Guide customers through payment options, including provincial funding, insurance, financing, and self‑funding (training provided).
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified, held consultations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a sales or client‑facing role, preferably phone‑based.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with a CRM system.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Patience and warmth when speaking with older customers and families.
• Willingness to learn about regional housing, climate, and funding variations.
• Self‑motivation, resilience, and a steady approach to hitting numbers.
