About the role

Homesense, part of TJX Canada, is hiring Retail Associates for its Oakville store. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, assist customers, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and help them find products.
• Perform cashier duties and manage fitting‑room assistance.
• Provide back‑room support, including stocking and inventory tasks.
• Maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
• Participate in learning and development programs to build retail skills.
