About the role

Brand Momentum is currently looking for an experienced Sales and Merchandising Specialist. The position is based in Oakville and requires 12 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am‑5 pm.

Key responsibilities

  • Determine call schedule by reviewing priorities with the supervisor, discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products and price changes.
  • Maintain customer relationships by visiting store and department managers, answering questions, responding to special requests and describing product features.
  • Maintain store shelves by observing product displays, removing damaged items, tidying shelves and ensuring optimal presentation.
  • Maintain inventory by restocking shelves, monitoring inventory levels, completing in‑store call reports and enforcing quality standards.
  • Enhance merchandising reputation by taking ownership of new requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

Required profile

  • Access to a vehicle is mandatory.
  • Previous merchandising experience of 6 months to 1 year.
  • Strong communication and selling skills.
