About the role

Join Dilawri Group’s Oakville Honda team as a Sales Consultant, driving automotive sales and delivering a superior customer experience. You will work directly with customers, promote new business, and help grow the dealership’s market share.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on leads from multiple sources and convert them into sales.
• Meet individual and department sales targets.
• Prospect new customers through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Provide an exceptional experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Maintain deep product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Set monthly productivity goals and plan actions to achieve them.

Required profile

• Effective negotiation and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong rapport‑building skills with customers.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Positive, can‑do attitude.
• Industry experience preferred.
• Valid Ontario driver’s licence (3+ years) and OMVIC licence.
