About the role
We are looking for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Saskatoon location. The role involves overseeing daily store operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service while meeting sales targets. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating all aspects of the store to achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and schedule staff, assigning duties to ensure smooth store operations.
- Determine merchandise mix and services to be offered, implementing pricing and credit policies.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages promptly.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise store personnel.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of retail management experience.
- Flexibility to work day and evening shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
